White-Hat SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is any SEO tactic that maintains the integrity of not only your web site, but the SERPs. These are considered white-hat search engine optimization tactics. Link only to relevant web sites and only to sites in which the content will be of interest to your visitors. It is optimal to link to sites which contain the keywords that you want to target.
